Owl, congratulations on passing your driving test! Long may you enjoy it and drive in safety. Having a licence will open up so much more of the world to you. Not to mention more privacy and personal freedom, eventually, and lots more work opportunities. Good luck!

Also chuckling at the Nuttella! At least this Maximilian has a sweet sense of humour. Why, if I may ask, do your parents not like him? And does your sister?

Hmmmm I think they don't like him because he has dated other girls I guess? And once he made a joke about my sister's jaw that upset her so they have never forgiven him. She does like him though, and they have gone on secret dates.

the waiting period is all fine. it just means i have to stay here longer before i can be more independent and junk.

Sweden. No maybe about it, with those colors on the sail. Swedish vikings went plundering too, but mostly eastwards. (If that necklace had been made and sold in Norway, every single potential norwegian customer would go "...but why have you made it a swedish ship?"

I like Iceland. Haven't been for decades, but beautiful rocks. Glaciers, awesome greenhouses, hiking in cold desert. Hot pools. Tiny intricate plants. And did I mention beautiful rocks?
