Back in the early-mid 2000s, Russian comedian, musician and TV show host Alexander Pushnoy used to re-make various Russian pop songs Rammstein-style. The end result was something like this:

Oh my gosh *_* I just stumbled across an awesome band! The Jerry Cans, an alt-country band from Iqaluit. They mix country-style with Inuit throat singing and an awesome northern atmosphere. <3 AHH I love their stuff, I'm going to have to save up to buy some of their albums....

"Northern Lights", in English -



"Ukiuq", Inuktitut version of the song - the tune is the same, but the actual translation of the lyrics (in the description) is different.
