Yep it works.
It's not a game for me so I can't really say much about it but I do know that you still need to raise the volume on your voice since it's still a bit too low, as for the music it started out being too loud but you fixed that in the later parts.

Yeah, may end up having to get a dedicated microphone or just "eat" the mic... Or something. Maybe I can mess with the setting.

And yeah, to hotel Yahtzee at zero punctuation the game is Euro space trucking simulator.

Finished "Deadlight". Cinematic-platformer distantly inspired by LIMBO, with shooting zombies on top.

Super cliché story, sometimes approximative controls, bad save point system.

2/5, would not play again.

Finished "Black the Fall", another cinematic-platformer inspired by, yes, LIMBO and INSIDE, again.

This one is a little more inspired than the usual LIMBO clone. It was made by a Romanian game studio and is about escaping a communist dystopia in a science-fiction setting, while a revolution is in the making.

Had some problems with the occasional bug (nothing making the game unplayable though), and I found the difficulty of puzzles really all over the place (but I think I had a problem getting into the spirit of that game, my brain just wouldn't start and I spent hours on puzzles that other people apparently figured out pretty quickly).

I appreciated how the game managed to have a 3D-modeled environment with real camera movements around you and such, while strictly sticking to a pure 2D gameplay.

The story wasn't particularly original and while I have zero love for communism, I still found it a bit manichean and preachy (to the degree that a game with no dialogue and no narration can be preachy, that is).

Probably will not play again, but definitely better than most of the LIMBO/INSIDE clones outthere.

Stardew Valley is surprisingly addicting. I probably shouldn't have gotten into it just before APs (the biggest tests of the year).

Apparently I'm a sucker for farming games now, I have no idea how this happened.

I've been spreading this news around elsewhere, so I figured I should spread it here as well: A game I have a strange affection towards called Raiders of the Broken Planet is free on steam until Friday!

It's a third person cooperative shooter with a hint of pvp, brawling, and a tiny smidge of stealth. It might be better explained here, with some gameplay basics as well.

Currently waiting on Fallout 4:NV, a good weapons mod is millenia's texture mods however I mainly use the m39 emr from this mod

In other news for solokov's gaming career;

  • bought and am playing through Prey... Recycled myself on accident within a minute of getting the recycler grenades, I plan to stack and recycle all the thingas in the ballistics lab later today
  • Got aotc Argus in world of Warcrack on tuesday
  • found the upper limit of Skyrim mods my computer can handle and not ctd every five minutes, it's in the ~166 number range... Although I've added another 8gb of ram since then so that number may have changed since then
  • also ordered a Sapphire Nitro+ rx580 8gb GPU yesterday when Newegg had it down to 278$... Gorram miners, but now I can shelve my rx450.
