Sigrun is really Wonder Woman!

Also appreciation blanket for all artists!

And here's my commemorative pic for Tuuri.

I know I've been quite dead on the forum for a very long time, but I just wanted to place this here. I've been going through and enjoying all the art on the recent pages! You all are great!

One of the reasons I signed up to this board: to appreciate your fanart to the fullest and give some deserved feedback.

Abprallen: Is that Sigrun as Wonder Woman? I approve! This crossover makes more sense than I would like to admit. You also managed to capture her stature.

Olga Veresk: Very beautiful and calm. A nice tribute to Tuuri. I am a sucker for water-colors. I like the abstract water around Tuuri making everything surreal and detached.

tabeabd: Another Tuuri, right? It is very peaceful and calm. Nice job with the shading and the hair and very clean outlines. :)

Yep, I do... (Okay, Sigrun is my fav but still...) I am a sucker for creative crossover when both parts work if that makes sense - so that an aspect of a character is transferred to another and it just fits. Apart from that the outlines are very clean. I like that, too. :3

Awww, tabeabd, this is a lovely Tuuri with sielulintu.  You don't have to be prolific to be appreciated.

Róisín, Wavewright, and Camir, thank you so much ;w;

I'm just terrible at keeping up with forums. Pardon me as I awkwardly try to worm my way back into it. Life is busy.

That's beautiful, Tabea!  Clearly you weren't "quite dead" on the Forum -- you were only MOSTLY dead, and that's a big difference!   :D

Okay here it comes... my first SSSS fanart and the first artwork I did in quite some time. I felt dried up the last few months due to stress and illnesses and whatnot and never felt the will to finish the dozens of started artworks. Never had the patience. But seeing the cool artworks you folks put out there combined with my general love for SSSS prompted me to start an artwork and not finish until it really was... well finished. In a way I am happy because things I always struggle with like hair and folds came out better than before. In a way I am not happy because I tend to stick to this one style: inking it and coloring it with Copic markers. (Apart from pixel art, but this time I wanted it to be traditional art...)
Enough of my ramblings...

This is the cover to fanfic I am currently writing and which can be found on AO3 and ff.net: Vekst (Growth) - but I will present this story better in the Scriptorium thread. It focuses on Sigrun and Mikkel, mistakes, learning and Norwegian society. Enjoy. :D (If you click on the picture you get the original size.)

My homage to Tuuri.  I posted a link to the draft sketch of this in the comments of the comic, and here's the final.
