This one really, really intrigues me *-*
My entire thought process for this creature:
"Keys are nice."
"Antlers are nice."
"Hey, antlers can be used like hooks for hanging things."
Haaaaa, it's been a long time !
Somehow I find it really strange that it's been a year, and that I was the only person on the forum doing inktober then...
And
Viola and
Haiz, thank you!
Speaking of, I chose to do a study of van Gogh's 'Vase with Pink Roses' as a part of my art coursework and coincidentally it was done in dipping pen and india ink. Because of that and because it took me a couple hours than a normal A4 sized piece would, I thought I may as well post it here.
Spoiler: beep boop show
I welcome constructive criticism - I have a lot of improving to do before I'm at the level that you are all at and I want to get there someday, hopefully!
I admire your dedication with all that linework. *squints at her tiny inked pieces*
And since you asked: right now the contrast between the flowers and some of the leaves is a bit low, particularly around the three flowers that form a curving line near the middle of the piece, but nothing that a little more hatching can't solve.
