I felt like drawing a few sort-of-comic-pages based on the story I write and I needed to do a page about sword-fighting training of my characters
So here is the sketch:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsSnHPIBASO_txK1mAtWNV-DZ7wr
Looks kind of crazy, but hopefully you can get the main idea...
I have had three years of sword-fighting so this drawing is based on my own experience
(I probably missed those great times so bad that day that I had to draw it...)

Thank you for the kind words!
Annuil
, I don´t know anything about swordfighting that surpasses what buttons to press in a videogame (usually not even that...) but composition-wise your sketch is really good to follow. I also enjoy the different angles you drew to show the situation.
I hope you might get the chance to swordfight again in the future!

Thank you,
Mirasol
, haha, well, yes, hoping doesn’t hurt!
Róisín
, I did HMB-soft (historical medieval battles, soft version) usual HMB is done with full metal armour and metal weapons (pretty brutal but awesome to watch) and soft one is obviously with soft armour and soft swords or spears haha

Something like the Society For Creative Anachronism? I’ve done that, but my preference is for live steel (New Varangian Guard, Viking Society, Mixed Martial Arts). I no longer compete, but still occasionally teach.

Yeah, in a way,
Róisín
, it is usually just plain fighting, but since most of the people who learn HMB love historical reconstruction as well, it turns into fighting+reconstruction and also learning about old/forgotten cultures.
That’s quite awesome though! I didn’t know you were interested in such things!
