Hey, would it be possible to opt out of having one's birthday displayed in the calendar while still keeping the birth date on the profile?

I don't mind/would like to have my age on my profile there for people who might be curious about that but I have a bit of a complicated relationship with my birthday being "on display" in a calendar or "publicly celebrated"...

Yes if you take out the day and the month of your birthday but leave the year it still displays your age.

Tried to do that, it sets it all to 0 and then gives my age as N/A.

It only accepts the full date or nothing.

I looked into it just now, doing a "Show my birthday on the calendar" checkbox seems doable, but it'd need some messing around for sure.

Aaaalso I finally stopped being lazy and made those two unread posts buttons display on desktop. (seriously, me, it was like 5 minutes and less than 10 lines of changed code... ffs...)

Since a day or two? *looks up commit* Yes. I tried how it'd look and it kinda feels better? ...Yeah, it looks a bit nicer. For short texts, definitely. ::)

Maybe I should stop with featurecreeping, it's a bad habit...

Hmm, to me it feels distracting to have that one bit of centered text popping out from the left-aligned stuff, but I mostly browse on mobile anyway so I'll just take a while longer to get used to it :P

Oh, one more thing that seems to have creeped in recently, is it possible to have backgroundless png support back for icons? I liked my scoutrabbit before the white background box it has acquired in the current display...
