I've been listening to a musical called "Dear Evan Hansen" recently, and it's beautiful. It has the most accurate portrayal of social anxiety and some depression I've ever seen.

This is one of my favorite songs.


This one is pretty fun.  ;D
(it does have a few innuendos, though, so warning.)


I would definitely recommend this musical to anyone.

Ohhh!  So *that's* what "Waving Through A Window" is from!  I was at a community concert last weekend in my hometown, featuring a lot of kids and teenagers from the local schools and acting studios.  A very talented young girl, probably about 13, sang that and I found its theme and tune very moving.  (I was joking to my elderly parents, "wait and see, 'Frozen' was all the rage the last couple of years; this year the kids will all be singing highlights from 'Moana,' 'Hamilton,' and whatever this decade's version of 'Rent' is."  AND SURE ENOUGH...)
