Yes, I'm a big fan of Haken, Opeth and anything by Arjen Lucassen and a few others. I'm trying to find some more bands so if you wanted to share some more of your favorites I would appreciate it.  ;D

Apropos of nothing, here's Wichita Lineman was a Song I Once Heard from the KLF's Chill Out (1990). It's a bizarre mix of Go To Sleep (from the original unreleased version of The White Room) and samples of an arguably insane late night radio preacher, and sounds like driving too fast down an empty highway at 3:00 in the morning. It would later evolve into Last Train to Trancentral on the final version of The White Room.

Blast from the past... there was this one guy that I went to high school with who was really into this band, made a huge deal of having ordered one of their CDs in 'cause you just couldn't find their music in town don't you know, but me 'n pretty much everyone else thought the music was pretty... weird. A few years after that, though, I ended up looking them up. Somehow. And liked them a lot. Yeah. Funny how tastes change.
