Has anyone mentioned Spaghetti Junction yet? It's not technically a roundabout but looking at it I'd say it's worse... (nothing quite says 'welcome to Birmingham' like a long concrete loop of misery, confusion and despair)

Totally seconding this part... there's just something about no-work days that leave me so utterly braindead. Whereas busy, well, that might be tiring, but at least I'm not a zombie. Same for you?

Yyyyup. I'm a craftsman for a reason, meaning I want to work with my hands, not sit on my butt all day.

Talking about that, I went and got myself a new pair of jeans because the old pair is beyond hope now, and that caused a domino effect of oh, this sweater would go nicely with those jeans, this hoodie would go nicely with both, and hey isn't it time to get a new pair of running pants since the old pair is so torn bits are literally coming off? All fine and all except my wallet hates me now.
