Not that it stops the occasional firecracker shortly before or after New Years or the fireworks on the neighbor's birthday in a rural area, but at least it doesn't go rampant.

Just got back to my dorm. All is well :)

I used a bus bathroom for the first time ever today... it was frightening. O_O Don't think I'll try that again :P

Yikes!  Yeah, bus bathrooms *are* frightening.  Even if they aren't the kind that opens directly down onto the pavement...

Oh dear, I fear I have introduced you to a new vice! Still, as vices go it's a fairly harmless one. And *very* delicious. Get the high-cocoa, dark chocolate ones, they're generally better quality.

The bus was so shaky and rumbly that I don't know how anyone uses those things. I spent half my time trying to gain my balance so I could actually, like, get my pants off... ::) Also there was no light in there so I could hardly see anything >_>
