July 15th, 2015, Rexburg Idaho loses power city-wide, is nearly hit by a tornado, and has a terrorist shooting threat.

Hee, yeahno. Unless, miraculously, our savior Minna were to be there...

Also, it's weird because Rexburg is known for its dryness, stable infrastructure, mountains, and kind people. July 15th seems to be city-wide opposite day, maybe?

I have been working in the frameshop for three days and I already have a grand total of nineteen cuts on my fingers and hands. I have got this job down!

I sustained so many papercuts working in a law office that I am pretty sure I single-handedly (no pun intended) used every single band-aid they had in the break room first-aid kit.

and then there was that HILARIOUS time when one of them got infected and swollen and full of grossness and I had to take antibiotics for a week

Paper cuts are bad. Slicing your hand open with a sheet of glass you're trying to cut is worse, although then you're mostly panicked about getting blood all over the client's glass.

ahahaha haa I've been wondering how your job is going! I hope your hands will heal swiftly


I'm probably gonna be stuck in polishing hell all week (including saturday because I didn't go to work yesterday). today I got to start with polishing glasses for a change, and it feels like time is going faster and that I'm getting more effective, but it's still dragging. even worse was towards the end where the more experienced workers got to do other things and were replaced by some newbie boys, even I was more effective than them... I don't think they realized there were two more boxes waiting for us once we were done with that one. ha ha ha
