A preliminary search isn't turning up anything, although I recall it's been mentioned in the past that people left SSSS merch (like charms) in a geocache.

Yes, she was being posted from Minnion to Minnion around the world.  At last sighting she was with ginger, possibly on her way to France.  Dunno how that played out with Covid, we haven't heard from ginger in a while. 8/
