(US) University advice: Don't trust your advisor. Always double-check anything they tell you.

Yeah... I think that might be necessary for me to do.
Just had to email my advisor again... preparing self for another "you should've done something about that" hissy fest...

Can you change advisors, or are you stuck with her?

I really really hope they were jokes. I also hope that the teachers will not take them seriously, I really do.

I'm stuck with her. She's the only advisor for freshman cartooning majors :P

You go, Nimph! You can do it! I can't imagine teachers would take those other people's lessons seriously...but I'm guessing there's no rule code for what the lessons can be about?

You can do it, Nimphy! You'll do fine, and if the others mess around it will just make you look better! :)

Good for you!  Today your liceo, tomorrow the world!

In all seriousness, I can understand your being nervous about an unfamiliar project.  Would it help to brainstorm a bit about your lesson plan?  Bounce some ideas off us?  Or test it on us first?  We promise not to snicker and throw chalk!   :)
