Yes, it would be possible, since a noble's title is bound to the realm which issued it. A prince This And That would be a "regular" human in another country since his princedom is bound to the kingdom of his origin.
A historic excample: August II. "The strong" was Elector of Saxony in the Holy Roman Empire, King of Poland-Lithuana and Lord of Ravenstein (among others). As king of Poland-Lithuana he was his own master, as Elector of Saxony one of the most powerful men in the Holy Roman Empire but was subject to the Emperor and as Lord of Ravenstein he was a subject of the Duke of Palatinate-Neubach.

tl:dr As long as Prince Philip from another realm he can be knighted.

Yeah, Abbott. I think eating a raw onion was one of the sanest things he ever did, never understood why he was mocked for it. His politics and interpersonal skills though....shudder!

I can't; any form of onion that isn't cooked into far beyond limp submission (or powdered) gives me symptoms not unlike those the lactose intolerant get from drinking milk.

That's because the gas produced by the onions binds with the water in your eyes to produce small amounts of sulphuric acid which slowly burns your eyes! (or something like that, I think it's sulphuric acid.)

I don't think so, which is why I phrased it as I did: most of my allergies have very specific symptoms, and none involve (to be blunt) hideous, gut-wrenchingly painful gas (as in "CUT ME OPEN TO RELIEVE THE PRESSURE!!!!!!!!!" gas). I can eat onions in soup, though.
