Luth is correct.  I spent some time this last weekend going though it all and have it on an Excel sheet, but haven't had the time to come back and post it.  Watch this space.  There are only a few from before this thread existed that I don't know, and I will probably contact those folks directly.

Hahahaha, maybe, but the scariest approach for me is still into SFO, where you come down and down and down over the sea, then you're ack! just meters over the water and still going down, and then kathump! hey where did that land come from?

And let me take this moment to applaud the newest addition to the list, none other than Gwenno, who now is invited to divulge her choice of airport! (Yes, I looked it up to see if she'd gone over the line.)

Hahah, thank you, and excellent job on your list! Gosh darn it, I was thinking of doing something cool for my airport post, I didn't realise that moving the 3rd anniversary posts to the Forum Memories thread counted as posts too  For my airport, I think I'll take Narita (Japan), seeing as I've used that one quite a lot, and it would be nice to have more Asian airports available for out Minnions airlines

Thanks, Wavewright!  That list is an impressive piece of skalding.  I know we are all grateful for your hard work hunting down everyone's choices of airports and sunken ships.

When there are additions to the list, would you like to be the point person to add them, or can any of us admins/mods do that as newly promoted members announce their choices?  (Or previously promoted ones remember what they chose...)

Since I fly in and out of SFO most often, I guess I got used to the suspense and possible peril -- so it's great to see my hometown airport through fresh eyes!

Speaking of the list of claimed ships, Lazy8 claimed the vessel Cassini.  With Cassini's scheduled 'sinking' today (into Saturn's surface), may I be the first to console Lazy8 on its actual loss?
