Double posting sorry, but I want to make an announcement.

Over the last few months our former scouts have become less active, and as a result we have asked Luth to join us as a skald and a representative of the younger forum members on our staff team.

So three cheers for Luth! Congratz!

Huh. At some point I seem to have progressed to having my own sunken ship!

Even though it's not technically a *ship*, if nobody's claimed it yet I'll go for the USS Thresher.  I remember reading about it when I was a kid (some years after the fact; I think I was about 12 when I first read about it so that would have been in the early 1970s)

Urbicande, congratulations and welcome to the admiralty. 'Thresher' would be the submarine of that name, I suppose? Eh, if I'm permitted a stranded and buried wreck, I see no reason why you shouldn't have a submarine!
