I drew a thing!! I've been struggling with masculine faces for a while, so I'm pretty proud of this, even if they're simple headshots. Also, I'm unsure if I'm going to ink and/or colour this, so I'm just letting it stay like this until I find out

I think it looks good! My only suggession would be to maybe lower the eyes and eyebrows a little?

I disagree leave them there and raise the forehead higher. Reynir is a long jawed person but his forehead rises higher.

Not to argue with constructive critique, I'm always open to it and grateful but I just happen to disagree this time. Reynir doesn't have a high forehead: http://www.sssscomic.com/comic.php?page=319 - compare to the size of his eyes, for instance. I'm pretty aware of this because I *always* draw foreheads too large for Minna's characters, it's something I correct in almost every sketch

Everybody gets to dress up, except for poor Mikkel. I thought he deserved an opportunity to be included in this Japanese street style thing more according to his personality, though. Right, he's not much into the frill, glitter and skirts, but still enjoys a casual, more functional style ^^ (he wouldn't refuse to have his points dyed red, though he does refuse to iron them straight every morning).

Mikkel definitely fits in a more casual look like this I like the red tips of his hair ^w^

Now Lalli, in a darker, comfy Yohji Yamamoto vibe.

I thought I was the only one who noticed how short Reynir's forehead is! Like, SUPER short! I was looking at his face compared to my failed own-hair cosplay, and MAN do I have more real estate up there than him!




It's like, AN INCH. Reynir takes your golden ratios of human proportions and spits on them. Politely.
