just a little comic based on our discord chat, the main idea by Miriam.

Why Onni prefers anyone else to talk to on the Radio.

Oh I love this one!  First-rate composition and the last panel is pure comedic perfection.

Ooh, poor Onni. Has he even tasted the coffee? It must be rare (and expensive) in Finland in Y90.

it is probably, but when I drew it, we were like it is like an AU like in Y0 AU or something.

So much fabulous art and I love it all and it brings me so much happiness. Eeee!
Tr, your Sigrun makes me compare her to a Mistborn and I suddenly really want an SSSS/Sanderson crossover. (I'm only mildly obsessed with his work.)

I hope it's understandable what Sigrun and Mikkel are saying...

...aaaand I see now that I forgot colors for Sigrun's gloves. Oh well!

Okay, since I scared everyone off with my last masterpiece, let me try to get back on your good side with my newest art! It's just something I threw together quickly because today's Minnouncement made me think of 8-bit Theater, another webcomic.

So I did this:

I hope it's readable, otherwise you can find it on my tumblr as well...

Aww Windfighter you didn't scare us away with the last one! I'm just...incredibly behind on this thread as always.

I think it's pretty obvious what's going on - Sigrun's explaining what happened to Emil, and Mikkel is telling Emil that they'll have to amputate his leg. (Poor Emil, always the butt of the jokes).

And I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who thought of 8-Bit Theater! I haven't thought of that in years, but it was what immediately came to mind when I saw the SSSS crew in those outfits. Hehehe, I'm glad Lalli has more sense than to go along with Emil's crazy plan. :))

For everyone who has posted recently, blanket appreciation and big hugs, you're all amazing! <3

Y'know, I have no idea from Final Fantasy OR 8-bit Theatre OR... well, a lot of other pop culture references more recent than 1992.  But - this comic didn't need those references, and I thought it was a hoot just as it was!

I haven't been posting but I have been lurking the past few weeks and everyone's art is as lovely as always. <3 Hopefully I can post some stuff from my sketchbooks next month when I have a phone that can take pictures. In the meantime, have this, which definitely spiraled out of control.

yes I've used basically this exact same pose before, but the last one was drawn a year ago and this one is heck of lot better, okay :u I actually wasn't even going to do this pose but it happened anyway didn't it

Ohhhhh wow this is lovely! It is actually impossible for there to be too many drawings of Lalli and Emil in this pose, it is the best and I love it! The sepia tones add to the warm, calm feeling of the drawing too, it seems like a fond memory. :))
