Stream art! In honor of Lalli said to be waking up next chapter, here's my piece called "I Tried!"

Good one! The effect of the support beams in the water is very good, adding depht to the picture.
Róisín: Thank you! The reason for the bare feet was because I gave up drawing shoes. Feet and shoes are a hurdle and I struggle a lot with them, hence the shortcut.
Olga: Nice Emil, I like that he's looking at the torch and not where he's supposed to run.
Rabbit: Serious art envy over here, you know. Poses, expressions, variety, natural looking folds on the clothes, coloring - they look good!

Tempt to draw crew in pygamas too, but what should I do if I have only one?.. So as far as I have some free time yet, have Tuuri in kimono. I am fond of Japanese culture and clothes, and in general wear kimono about once a week. So, why not draw Tuuri in it? This is my favourite one, houmongi type (kimono for visits, I use it for meetings with friends). And yes, kimono is traditionaly wrapped on the right side for both women and men.

I've been away from the forum for a couple of days and get so much new fantastic art to look at! Yay!

Johannabelle, I love the way you draw the hair and the eyes! They're all so cute! (And of course the outfits are very stylish.)
Rabbit, that highlighting/colouring is gorgeous! I especially love Emil's suit and Reynir reminds me of Pippi Longstockings!

I started doing the fashion thing a while ago (I think I posted the Emil here?) and I'm hopefully gonna finish the others soon but I'm so awfully busy right now... (thankfully art lends itself wonderfully to procrastination)

As quoth our heroine: EEEEEEEEEEEEEE!  I think the hint of makeup suits her very well.
My favourite is Sigrun ruffling her hair, closely followed by playing hairdresser with Emil. 
You're getting much better with context and variety in poses and facial expressions.
My only niggle comes from the cross on the earring she wears, can I assume it is meaningful in the context of the story behind the illustrations?
