Here's me spamming the thread, and it's not even InkTober.  Elleth posited a host of little NoToro imprinting upon Emil and following him around, calling him Mum instead of Yum.

At least no one can accuse me of overworking my pictures for the sake of perfectionism?

They are great though, this is what I call quality content

Actually did someone make the classical NoToro-Totoro crossover already? I feel like this should be mandatory

I’m pretty sure Kiraly did, I saw it on her tumblr. I don’t think she’s had time to post it here yet.

Sorry about the idioms, I forget myself. I was just referring to my hope that you would post heaps of art yourself.

A 'haul' (noun) in this case refers to an accumulation of treasure/booty of some sort. O' is a form of 'of'. It's a variation on stereotyped 'pirate' speech, without going full pirate ( arrr, 'tis yer booty we be wantin', well have ye kindly hand over yon haul o' art) .


And lo! You have, and it's adorable! A lovely companion to Minna's kitty!crew.

oh haha I can read minds and cross the language barrier apparently
don't worry about using the idioms, it's a good way to learn :D it's just the word "haul" is usually used in a different meaning and got me confused, but thanks for the explanation!

thank you! thankfully cats are the easiest for me to doodle, and not something like dogs or plants...
Although a plant au would be original for sure.

Nice art! But yeah, 'haul' varies, depending whether one is referring to net fishing, managing a sailing ship, dragging something - a swag, sled, person or whatever, or acquiring loot, swag or booty.
