I finally got to the scanner to upload some of the comics I've done for school :D

One of my finals last semester - the art is a little wonky but I'm proud of my writing:

(spoilered for length): show

This one I was just happy with the joke I wrote -

And this is my most recent comic! It was also my first attempt at shading one of these things, and I got to use familiar characters, so I like it a lot ^-^

I totally didn't know this was a thread!! (although tbh i haven't drawn non-fanart in a while...i'm a slut for notes on tumblr, i'm not even ashamed)

Anyway, I usually give up on working without lines but every once in a while I try to push through and try to see what I can do working at my absolute capacity as an artist, so that's where this came from. Also I was super high when I got through the hard bits.

Please ignore the weird hand. I think I had an idea for a pose that went no where.

Fun fact this is also my SSSSona but i don't really....like...to tell people about my ocs....ever

EDIT: @MY PAIR FROM THE ART STYLE SWAP THIS ISN'T MY NORMAL STYLE OMG I WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO YOU

I'm trying to figure out how shading works, I'm not sure if I like it. ...feel free to share any magic tricks for shading clothing

Aw yes sibling relationships!

(as for shading: maybe use some more hard edges? but clothes and folds are the bane of my drawing existence, so...yeah.)

Ahh that would be great actually!

Sibling relationships are my favorite :D

Preferably I'd like to keep the soft brush for consistency, and I like using it for skin. (My mind works like a painter so I don't know how to cel shade ._. ) And I actually like fabric folds, but when I don't have a reference it's hard to figure where the shadows go, for me. I don't want the shadows to be too well-defined if they're in the wrong place :P

i love love the last one, especially the tall one's hair. It reminds me of Shaggy from Scooby Doo (in the nicest way)

So I know that some people read Prague Race here, right??? Cause that was my first webcomic ever and I still have a big soft spot for it, even if Leona acts like a princess also this came out super dark ._.
