Lars, I peeked at p. 244 and EEEEEE!  (Delighted Tuuri-squeal) 
That is the most best birthday card EVER!  You framed and arranged all the pictures so beautifully.  Extra credit for the hand-carved look of the capital M in "Minna." 

And as for the artworks...!  I hope Minna takes it as a heartfelt tribute that she's inspired so many people to follow in her footsteps and create art.  (Or in my case, just play around with Microsoft Word.)

OrigamiOwl, is that you in the coral sweater, oval frame, left margin?  That is *adorable.*  Only now, when I took a close-up look at the picture, did I realize the "Shetland" collar is... kitty-cats!   :D

pencil-and-paper is what works best for such things imho (unless you got a cintiq that is, or are very good/experienced)

Up there is my picture. (thanks mama!) (I did end up going with pencil and paper thank you for the input P_!) but something is terribly wrong with my hand drawing skills.  :-[ I have a party hat though so it's still cool.
