I now have all of my sisters not only caught up on the comic, and they are just as eager for the latest page as I am. So far their favorite is Reynir. It is quickly becoming a nightly ritual to sit around the computer hitting F5. Send Help

When you're doing your makeup and contouring your cheek bones then sigh and think to yourself "why couldn't I have been blessed with the cheek bones of the men of the Hotakainen family?" then proceed to focus on getting your cheek bones "more Hotakainen" while you finish contouring them.

Colleague: "... and the Little Mermaid, and we went on to Kastellet park and Amalienborg - oh hello [Elleth], have you ever been to Copenhagen?"

Me: *trying hard not to grin too much, or ask if they saw any ghosts* "No, I'm just reading a story set in Denmark, so I kind of know about the locations. I really want to visit there sometime, though!"

Phew. Managed to evade that one Like An AdultTM and not make it weird. Thankfully she didn't ask what story it was.  ;D

Ohhh my gosh I almost forgot, when I first started reading SSSS back in February I learned the hard way that stress can make you break out into hives, but at first I had no idea what was going on and of course I was reading a comic about a rash that starts out inconspicuous but ends up either killing you or turning you into a hideous troll ;-_-

When your Latin teacher tells you to design a small Roman frontier town and hands you a piece of graph paper and your first thoughts are, "Brilliant. I'll put the quarantine center in the middle, to the east of the basilica but not too close to the reservoir, and I'll station troll hunter units on the outer wall, and the Cleansers should probably have housing units and offices just inside the pomerium. Lovely."

All I wanted was for my town to survive the apocalypse...
