It says in the cast section that Yoshi was born in 1988, and this scene definitely takes place quite a bit before then, so I would say that Yoshi is definitely not born yet.

White Noise is going entirely on hiatus until December 8. But they'll be back!

we are currently in an interlude period before Arc 2 starts (time tbd.) There are a few much shorter standalone stories set in the same universe with the same characters now complete, and the next comic starting on 12/8 will be one of this type.

It’s hard to understand how these authors keep up with this sort of huge endeavors such as White Noise, which went on weekly for about 12 years! And will be back soin, although with a shorter story but with a second long arc being planned. Keeping in mind that thephooka and most others spdo this on the side while doing paying work, often full time… talk about a labor of love!

Yes, it's extremely impressive! I do think that perhaps the reason thephooka was able to keep it up was because he put out one page per week, instead of trying to do two or three to keep a faster update schedule. It's still a really impressive achievement, especially given you have to write the story and plot itself as well.
