Yes, very pretty! The shadows especially turned out really natural.

Actually it looks quite fine, I didn’t really see the strips until you said it, so I think you did pretty well with markers ;)

I can see the stripes and they drive me crazy.

Because one of our kids likes coloring, I copy any pencil drawings. This gave me the opportunity to color it a second time with pastels. So here is a not stripy version:

For better comparability i used the exact same paper, again 3 colors for the green part and one color for the pinkish part.

Nice redo, and great idea for those of us who need more than go kids!  Over the last year I've been attempting digital manipulation of my drawings (helluva learning curve for this old school cartoonist), but the upside is that I have inked lineart on tap to have another crack at it, if I chose.

Yeah, pastels are better here, it looks smoother, but I like both versions ;)

Also nice with the pastels! Though I actually kinda liked the texture with the stripes... But I get why it annoys you. I have a lot of the stripey-markers too, and still haven´t quite figured out how to avoid it. Do tell it if you find that out! :'D

I’ve been working on my characters lately and so I came up with an idea of a drawing that I will eventually make into stickers:
https://1drv.ms/f/s!AsSnHPIBASO_twdCuTAf8goSTCo6
(One drive link because I figured out that since I don’t post this art anywhere else I don’t have the right link to do it into an image here, sorry..)
Here are two main couples in the story I’m currently writing, their names are Nicklis and Dina (“i” is hard in this name, more like an “e” sound), you’ve met Nicklis already on my horse-sketches and here is his greatest companion in life, his wife Dina ;)
The other two are Orlando and Ennil’ (it’s a soft “l’” sound), Orlando is a really fun character to write about because he is that crazy genius musician who doesn’t always act normally... and his wife Ennil’ is just perfect for handling his craziness.

I have been drawing a lot lately, I had a million-sketches-a-day inspiration and also a writing inspiration, so it’s tearing me apart and it’s crazy! Well, there we go, hope you enjoy my elvish couples :D :reynir:

Wow, Annuil, I can only second everyone else, these are really cool! How do you the lineless style? Do you still draw outher lines and later erase or color them? Or do you immediately color full areas?
