Just think about the amount of loot they can carry afterwards too :'D

I've started specializing their loot carrying- Boone takes the weapons I want to keep but are too specialized (Scoped Hunting Rifle is my jam), Veronica and Cass carry sellable loot, ED-E and Rex get crafting materials, and the remainder get piled with whatever Veronica and Cass can't haul.

I wonder if the glitch where ED-E can equip the alien blaster is a thing on PC...

I'm now very close to maxing out achievements on Year Walk! I have one more left; do a full playthrough on New Year's Eve... I'll have to wait about a year for that one.

I admire your dedication but can't you just set your computer clock to New Year's Eve?
Might save you some waiting  ;)

The only games I've actually strived to get 100% achievements on are the 3 dark souls games on pc.

I certainly could do that, but I'm more focused on doing them properly than getting them fast. ;) It's not the full experience otherwise. The story of the game is actually set on New Year's Eve - a character mentions that it's "the last day of this year" and then you go on your Year Walk that night - so it's more authentic.

I don't mind waiting!

I imagine 100% achievements on dark souls would be difficult, to say the least. How long did that take you? :o

It's more time consuming than difficult. The achievements are pretty simple like collecting all spells, special weapons/armor, rings(ds3 had 107, needing to go ng++ for) and such, nothing that requires any luck but you do need to beat the games 2-3 times though to get all endings and items.
Playtime (including dlc's that's not needed for achievements) is from game 1-3: 150h, 210h, 200h  :'D

Better than me on SpaceChem, where I currently have a playtime of 291h and still not even close to completing the custom levels.

I am so hyped about that! The original game was one of my favorite things to come out in 2015 and it shows. I even still have the new message-sound from the game on my phone as a notification sound. I think Before The Storm will have a somewhat different mood, as Max is a hipster and Chloe more of a punk, but I have no doubts that it will still be amazing. Also, seems like better animations! Awesome!

I just saw the trailer yesterday and I'm hype!!! It certainly seems like it'll have a different mood from the original game, but I can't wait, it looks awesome! Here's an article with some more information than just the trailer. ;D

Spoiler: show
However, I noticed a discrepancy in the trailer: it shows Chloe in the car with her dad reaching out for him before it crashes, but she wasn't in the car, as we saw in episode 3 (I think?) when Max goes back through the photo. She was in the house waiting for him to come home. That seems like a kinda major continuity error if you ask me...

110% disappointed it isn't called "Life is Stranger"

In all seriousness though, it looks interesting.

Played and finished recently:

Night in the Woods > [completed both storylines] looks like a kinda goofy game with anthropomorphic animals, kinda trashy humor, mostly about very millenial problems by day; by night however, the game takes on a quite different atmosphere and orientation; some specific aspects of the characters' stories resonated with me more than I expected.

Year Walk > [got the standard and alternative endings] Myst but horror; interesting; the puzzles weren't very intuitive at the beginning, I think I solved one or two by accident, but eventually I got into the logic of the game. Good atmosphere, but didn't really touch me emotionally.
