Frankly, I don't quite get what Minna's trying to announce in today's comment. On one hand, she says that the chapter break will be "postponed", which would imply that there will be one, just not at the beginning of chapter 10. Next, she says she wants to "intertwine" it ... with ... uuuuh, what?

If there's no Earthmind-shattering kaboom ghost chapter break, my suggestion would be to provide an 8x8 "badge" instead of a 25x8 ribbon - that'ld be visibly different while not up-ending people's signatures' (horizontal as well as "stacked") layouts too much.
