The attendant can hear the admiral very clearly, even in Björköfärden.

New headcanon: The Finnish military keeps inviting Admiral Olsen to hold a presentation in Eno, but he doesn't want to leave his post, and thus Surma still haunts Finland, rather than Denmark.
