Abprallen: your MerEmil is pretty, and I do like merrow-coloured MerLalli, even if he doesn't have fangs and a green beard like a traditional merrow.

I never save my postcard art, I always forget to scan it and then it's in the mailbox waiting for the mailman to bring it out into the world. I keep telling myself to get better at that next time, but next time I forget it again xD

Anyway, so much beautiful postcard art, Abprallen! <3 (as is the rest of your art as well of course!)

There is so much beautiul art going on in here! Appreciation cookies to all of you! <3 I'd comment on all of it but my vocabulary is so eloquent it'd just be a large list repeating the word "awesome" :-[

Very happy that you did the Eurovision art, Helia! I was almost going to make some eurovision art myself, thanks for saving me from having to do it ;)
(We still need Mikkel in the Danish artist's dress though!)

Maybe he shaved? I reckon Lalli can grow a mean beard when he wants to.

*Visualises a grey-green Lalli with fangs and a long, intricately plaited green beard. Falls over laughing.*

Abprallen: After seeing those postcard illustrations, I'm really looking forward to mine! :D I just finished the illustration for your postcard yesterday, I think I'll finish it up and drop it in the mail this afternoon.

Also, that soulmates AU Lalli looks great, and I just read the story its inspired by for the first time and it was so good, so thanks for linking to that!

Luth: Eee glad to hear! I sent it off today so it should hopefully get to you soon :D I'll let Llama know you liked her story <3

I bring more postcards. These are the first ones I made; I didn't expect to ever have to make any more but I'm glad I did! I first started sending them off ~2 months ago so if they haven't arrived at their forever homes, then they're lost to the void.

All sans Mikkel;

& Mikkel because I hadn't finished him as I was too angry at it

I also got a comment on tumblr about the scarves Emil and Lalli are wearing - they're not Slytherin scarves; the banding is wrong. Emil is totes a Hufflepuff anyway

And sometimes, a colour is just a colour, which looks nice next to that other colour.

Nice! Sigrun and Mikkel look so noble and dignified. Also, I like the colours you've chosen for the frames. It really matches the characters' personality.

And: Emil and Lalli wearing the same scarf. YES.
Spoiler: show
I like the idea of Emil in Hufflepuff. He may not like it, but he's a caring person AND he does embarassing things. Very Hufflepuff-y. Lalli on the other hand has some quirky, Luna-Lovegood-like traits which could place him in Ravenclaw. Still, he's not really curious about the world in general and definitely not the intellectual type. Smart though. Mh.

gosh, so much great art around!
And yes, Emil so would be a Hufflepuff.

Abprallen, loving those mermaids!
