OKAY i'm fully aware i'm way ahead of myself
but our Esteemed Forum Mom Sunflower is reaching admiral rank in - at the moment of writing - three posts
and I absolutely have to go to sleep now, and won't be able to forum until after work tomorrow...

Aw, that's adorable!  Thanks, I'm very grateful.  And the title matters to me -- it appears in my profile along with "Troll Slayer."  (I actually would have preferred to keep "Forum-Skald," but you don't refuse the title that goes along with the honorable role of Content Moderator.)  My father is a retired US Navy officer, so I'm tickled by the prospect of being promoted to Admiral. 

If I tell you all to prepare to travel to Honolulu, Hawaii (where I spent much of my childhood), for the celebrations will that give you an idea of which Sunken Ship I intend to be the Admiral of?  No?  What if I say Pearl Harbor?

BTW, Fimby, I don't think we ever got a definitive answer on your choice of Sunken Ship.
