The list is in the very first post in this thread.  (I put it under a spoiler when I created the list - mebbe I should unspoiler it now?)
As far as which airport you might claim as your own, any previously unconquered airport (airfield/spaceport/zeppelin field etc) will do, it doesn't have to be your 'local'.

Zeppelin field...

I choose Bartolomeu de Gusmão Airport, Brazil. It has an intact hangar that was intended to house LZ-129 Graf Zeppelin.

 Bolo de milho (Brazilian-style corn cake)
 Bolo de maracujá (passion fruit cake)
 Bolo de mandioca (cassava cake)
 Bolo de queijo (literally "cheese cake")
