Tablets! Yeah, learning to do art with a different medium always seems to be tough, doesn't it? But digital = the glory that is ctrl-Z (...or the back button, depending). So easy to fix mistakes!
Then again that's weirdly one of the things about traditional that I actually like. One mistake and well, it's there, likely you won't be able to get it out. Might be you ruined the whole picture. Might be time to rage quit arting forever (= for five minutes, I'm too impatient for longer forevers). Well ok I can't say I haven't needed ctrl-Z quite a lot so far...
Jumping from conventional mediums to a tablet might be one of the most frustrating experience I've had.
Oh you don't say. It's like my arms and hands were suddenly replaced by someone else's arms and the owner has no idea how I need them to move.
Now imagining you making ridiculous faces while drawing. : D Heee. < 3 I'm sure that you'll get the hang of it soon, though.
In... unrelated news... it is -38C and I need to go out in that, and I don't drive, and ooooh boy. This will be, uh, interesting. -_- Somebody please save me from this ridiculous cold.
I think the universe wants you to
crawl in mud freeze your face.
it's been nonstop snowing all day. like FAFF 15 cm blanket of snow everywhere. couldn't go outside without instantly turning into a snowman. on my way home i saw a tiny kiddo trying to ski on the road. it's kinda nice hahaha
Whoa that's quite a lot! Hm, now I miss cross-country skiing...
