Eight's my favorite number too! Mostly because it's my parent's favorite(their wedding anniversary is on august 8th, first kiss on 8/8/1988, my sisters birthday is on an 8th, we own a tattoo shop named crazy eights, etc).

8 is a good number (very symmetrical!), but my favourite is 9. it's fairytaley and also three threes.

I've probably told everyone by now, but my 50th birthday will be, if the date is written month-first, on 1/23/45 and I think that's beautiful
