Today is going to be a great day. I just found out that rain leaks into my closet, and all that it's been doing is rain. *sighs* well at least I caught the leak before it got any worse.

DancingRanger: oh no, that really sucks! I hope your clothes etc. are ok and that the leak will be fixed asap. D:

Meanwhile I'm just so TIRED. Work was so hectic I managed to sit down all of ten minutes today, it snowed all day long, papercuts on every finger. Well ok glass cuts too, but papercuts hurt the worst (idk if there even is a worse pain than what a papercut gives). On the way home the bus took 50 min for a normally 20 min route because of traffic and snow and as I got off the bus and saw our street I almost did another face plant in snow right away. Snow levels on the way home varied between



"ergh" and



"why me".

Now I'm thawing with meat soup, got some dry clothes and some light cosplay sewing up ahead so the day is finally taking a turn for better... but still, I could use a heavy pat on the back right now.

Hi everyone, I'm back from the NaNoWriMo void  :)
My job is really stressful at the moment, so I decided I needed to stop checking the forum if I wanted to dedicate my time to writing.
Now I have to check so many unread threads...
Hm, what have I missed? I see that we have a calender now, nice! And I missed the Secret Santa… well, I guess I wouldn't have time for it anyway.

Honestly, I could do with taking some of your snow too. Right now it's classic grey-November-weather, and it's just depressing to look outside. I'd love just an inch or two of snow, just to brighten up the landscape.

Thanks everyone who replied, I'm lucky that most of the stuff in my closet is waterproof, and I was awake enough to rig up a temporary fix. I think I might have found the problem, but I need a latter to get up onto the roof. . . that's going to be a fun day.
