Everybody with frying problems: things to check:
.is the oil too hot/not hot enough? Way to check is to drop in a small cube of bread. If it browns within ten seconds without burning, it's okay.
.drop in a pinch of salt, makes the oil spit less.
Make ssure not to put in anything wet or sloppy. Water plus hot oil produces explosions.
.make sure your oil isn't put in a wet container - oil and water should never be mixed if hot.
