in other news I keep giving cashiers more cash than neccessary, like at the pharmacy, lady said 40 but I heard it as 140 because there is NO WAY it can only cost 40, can it. I also need to stop buying things all the time, I've haven't even been here for a week but.... Everything is so affordable...... and im too anxious to get food at the hotel this weekend still...

newest update from the Adult Adventure: mold happens to food. WHO KNEW? I did. I knew mold happens to food and I knew I shouldn't buy so many rohliks and breadthingies at the same time, but I was so hungry at the time I thought I would eat it all up in like, two days........... AH WELL you learn something new every day.

what I need to learn imemdiately, however, is how this stovething works, so I can make pasta. there are no real buttons, only painted-on symbols that may or may not function as buttons, except they don't react to my touch at all. please save me from technology hell

Check if one of them is marked with a key, just in case the buttons are locked so that they don't randomly turn on when something bumps against them.
