I mean. i like harmless jokes and all but it was really frustrating to read the forum today^^" next time, change nouns rather than words like 'of' and 'when' please...........

I got very nearly almost tricked by my teacher when he said he was moving the exam date from may 30th to april 18th. I managed to shout "IT'S APRIL THE FIRST TODAY" right before he got to tell us to memorize the entire Iliad. but I think my entire class died a little

Really? I've been doing April fool's wrong my whole life then, oops. At least I can read posts now without it taking any longer. Anyway, did anyone ever figure out all the words that were being changed? I got these:

Emil= 'when' and 'pretty'(which I thought was hilarious before I realized the others had two words as well)
Lalli= 'for' and 'sleep'
Mikkel= 'of' and 'clean'
Reynir= 'be' and 'hug'(aw!)
Sigrun= 'from' and 'fight'
Tuuri= 'so' aaand I couldn't figure out the other word

Ahh, so it did have to do with driving! I looked at the books thread so it obviously wasn't that, but I didn't know where to look for stuff that has to with driving, so I went to bed. Hm. Well, the mystery has been solved, thanks. :D

Here in the UK you have to stop by midday, clearly we get sick of each other an hour sooner over here ;D

Anybody find any fun april fool "hijinks" today. I didn't find anything mind blowingly funny but at least Homestar Runner updated as is tradition so that makes the day automatically great.
Humblebundle.com has a humble indie font bundle has some neat fonts that got a laugh out of me and I liked the Tumblr lizard election. Google also made a couple of neat ones too.
Snopes.com has a list of several april fools jokes.

I made some pizzas for dinner tonight. It was my first time making a pizza from scratch and it didn't turn out so great unfortunately. It wasn't bad though, kind of like an ok frozen pizza I think. Well whatever it'll be better next time.
At least I did something I've been wanting to do for some time and that is a small victory for me.
