So I finally got around to reading Arbet's profile. Strelok and he might actually get along, or might be opposite poles of the spectrum, hard to say at this point.
Anyway, very interesting, Very simmilar to a charter I rolled up for a GURPS fallout campaign. (Arizona ranger captured by the master and experimented on with FEV, failed to create a supermutant and he was thrown into the refuse pit, then his new abilities manifested and he fell through the shadows and escaped that way). Basically it was a loophole way of getting a shadow-mage into what should have been a straightforward gunplay rpg, and fit into canon because there's a couple of the master's experiments that have dimension breaking abilities bordering on magic.
Actually now that I think about it.. most RPG characters I've created fall into the Shadowmage realm of things. Oh well.
