OHMYGOD Curry your Emil is PERFECT! I mean, everything in your post is great, both digital art (sooo cute!) and Lalli (angry kitty, hehehe), but EMIL OH GOD seems like I will have some hot dreams this night O___O

I second what everyone else said so far about your drawings.

I also like your little scribbles among the pictures.  What is Tuuri asking in the corner of the first one?  "I see no reason why I can't...."

"Emil's default emotion is complacency."  Haha!  (Except that I think that probably alternates with self-conscious anxiety that he's not making a good impression.)
Emil's haaaaair... no wonder he's staring into that runic-decorated mirror so narcissistically.

Oh, and what are Mikkel's eyebrows saying, at the bottom of the first drawing?

thank you!!! I totally agree with you about Emil. He's too gorgeous for his own good.

I do it as a habit (writing down whatever I'm thinking at the moment) so I'm glad to see somebody enjoys them! Tuuri had asked Sigrun if she could come along on the next book hunt (promising she'll wear the mask) and Sigrun, of course, said yes, but Mikkel (as the dad and logic figure) shut that down. His eyebrows were saying "stop that" to pretty much everyone and their silly expressions but got interrupted by Braidy's braid. Ah well, authority triumphed by good hair again.

I KNOW RIGHT THE CHAPTER BEGINNING DID THAT TO ME
(and kind of, I make those ridiculous expressions myself, so it's easier to imagine the characters doing them. Lots of doodle practice on the side of my homework has helped of course.)
