Excellent! We get so little from our part of the world. And yeah, tebwem are the nearest equivalent to trolls I could find in the folklore (I use pioial for giants in my stories). Nice to see the Yowies get a mention! And I gather that in your world the Devils were not wiped out by face cancer, which seems sadly probable in our world?
And I do hope you will put it up on the Scriptorium and on Archive?

I decided on a mixed Indigenous/Western terminology with tebwem for beasts, yowies from trolls and bunyips for giants, although I was tempted to use bunyips for sea beasts, given their aquatic proclivities. And I'm being optimistic regarding the devil face cancer - the Tasman peninsula is actually one of the places it hasn't spread yet, and a lot of work is being done to keep it out and maintain a cancer-free refuge population.

Is cross posting to the Scriptorium permitted?

Yep. That’s commonly done, as with other things that have art and words, for instance those seasonal posters I did with Unlos a few years back. I can’t draw at all, but it is always fun to write for someone who can do art. I did one with Wavewright for the Tolkien fandom, her art and my poem, which is on Archive of Our Own.

It's actually based on a fanfic I have lurking in the back of my head. I might even get around to writing it one day!

Same here! Except for the black maybe. I have lots of black and white, and some more or less black, but also colorful clothes. My humor however tends towards the black side.

Whereas I’m old (was a kid during and after WW2), cynical but optimistic, stubborn, and tend to wear what I damned well please, mostly greens, browns, blues and greys, and usually bush gear when not wearing formals. Though at present I’m wearing a black Metallica tshirt from their last concert here, with grey pants and a blue jumper.
