I was away on the weekend, so here are some InkTobers to catch me up.

Prompts "Flowing" and "Tube" - the summer midnights were a lot less dreary once they discovered the abandoned water park:


Prompts "Guarded" and "Siblings" - when they were teenagers, Mikkel and Michael had to keep an eye on their flirty sister Maja:


Prompts "Clock" and "Research" - Year 0 race against the clock to find a cure, or even an effective treatment, for the Rash (before they succumbed themselves):

InkTober Day 17 “Swollen” and “Food”

As the days stretched out on the boat and her belly got bigger, Aino found herself guiltily daydreaming about the meals she used to serve at the restaurant.
Kaino insisted, “I needed to go on a diet anyway,” and shared some of her portion of the increasingly scarce rations.  (She misses coffee more anyway.)


(I'm curious - are checkered tablecloths actually a thing in Finnish restaurants?)

Post-meal nap


I didn't really look up what effect looking through a bottle would actually have. And then I drew this. And then I looked up how it should look. It seems that's the wrong order to do things in, and now we shall all suffer for it.


Kind of a different angle/reinterpretation of the last panel on this page,


and "What if Onni didn't show up?" even though the rune shield probably can't really count as a "charm."
