é_è *Decides she'll need an other cup of tea after this beautiful but too sad idea*
*Auleliel stares, speechless*
So many feels, so much detail...
Oh noooo. What an excellent idea, and by excellent I mean terribly sad, argh D:
Oh, wow.. this left me with goosebumps! >w<
Oooh that's cool. Yes this would make a great fic!
Gwenno - It's so beautiful. And sad. You captured well what most fans are feeling after the recent comic pages...
Oh wow, I didn't expect there to be such a response
but I'm really happy there is
Thank you so much everyone!!!!! Thank yooooooou >"<
Heheh, my mission of spreading the feelz seems to be working like a charm
..... :'(
Well in that case I hope what I just posted on the scriptorium doesn't disappoint too hard. And Gwenno, that's a lovely drawing, very sad, very beautiful!
I saw this post first thing in the morning, but it was so super busy today I only got to read and reply now (just know I was so fidgety with excitement I could hardly stay still all day at work >"< ) and it doesn't disappoint not at all!!!!!!!! It's so wonderfully haunting and sad, and ties together the hopes and despairs present at the end of the world, as well as everything that remains after turning. I'm tied between being super happy that you wrote it, and super melancholy because of what it is, but both meld well I think ^_^ Thank you so much for this, I don't know if you were planning a leaf troll fic all along, or if my picture was what inspired you, but it is just lovely
(I'm so glad this prompt was taken up, I've been feeling that there needed to be a story for this so strongly these last few days and couldn't have done it by myself ^_^ )
The second to last picture from my little ethnographic series:
There are very few photos of the Bornholm traditional costume on the internet, and none of them showed the legs of men, so I had to guess what trousers they're wearing - long trousers or breeches. In case of breeches I should have known at least the colour of the socks, so I chose to draw long trousers.
And a jacket should be part of the costume too, but I couldn't find any picturers of it you know, Southern sun, beaches, palm trees...
Okay, this may seem weird but I really like how you did his trousers and the fabric in his sleeves. It moves so very naturally ^_^ This is such a great series and I'm so happy to see Mikkel looking so dapper
Yesterday, while watching videos online I doodled some arts (two) on paper with pen. and since my computer is working again I could scan them OuO
and a Tuuri..... looks a bit more matured here.....???
I dunno why the styles are so different when I draw on paper again..... and I think I like drawing with pen I guess......
I love this Tuuri so much!!!! The feeling of cold and the far away concentrated look in her eyes is just wonderful. She does look more mature for sure, but she also looks like herself as well and that's important ^_^
