I’d like to say I’m sure he didn’t mind, but he doesn’t look exactly happy… well captured! Like Róisín said, looks like a Lalli that has lived the life we can expect him to have in their world.

Thank you so much! I really wanted him to look a bit worn out and tired, glad I conveyed that well.

Well made! And I am curious: what is that grey leaved frosty looking plant of which you have posed him under the leaves? Is it Dusty Miller (Senecio cineraria)?

You did a great job with translating him from comic to clay and I love the paintwork!

(Hi Pom nice to see you here!)

Yeah, the image posting system on here can be a bit unintuitive. What you need to do is to get a direct link to your images (one with a .jpg or .png or .pnj etc at the end). I did this by clicking on your artwork and then doing right-click copy image link. Then you can paste that link within the image... command thingy like this: (img)link.com/imageexample.jpg(/img)

I'm using round brackets for demonstration purposes so you can see it, but for it to work you use square brackets - or you can click on the little mona lisa icon in the posting menu to get the insert image code immediately.

Also, feel free to pop an intro in the introductions thread!

Spoiler: your artwork • show

I write poetry sometimes.

Hey and welcome, Pom12!  This is indeed a good place to show off your artwork and such - I know many people will be chuffed to see your take on NZ post-Rash.
