I should note that I am asking for critiques, comments, etc on this one and other pics - I still can't find out where I'm making mistakes.

Drew a quick paladin.

She's summoning eldritch horrors because that's what paladins are supposed to when they really want to kill you, right?
Actually she's  probably just terrible at the job.

Now that I used bright colors, I think there might be issues with how my copy of photoshop is displaying colors, this version seems considerably greyer than my working piece.

Thanks!

A paladin is an character archetype common in rpgs, both tabletop and digital. Putting it shortly, its basically a type of holy warrior ( holy as in affiliated to a religious order), specially trained to banish demons and the undead or, more generally, creatures or beings considered "evil".

ohhh, very nice! I think the only thing that seems "off" to me is that the face is a little too wide/almost triangular, but otherwise I spy some very good observational skills there!! keep up the good work : D

I don't know what Undertale is but it surely must be awesome if it deserves that much fanart!

The protagonist looks real cute in your style!

You've got a great example of a:" fear my twig foul monster!" body pose in you hands. :D

So the theme for my school's Halloween event this year is going to be Día los Muertos and I'm super excited and I just had to show y'all the mask I've been painting for my costume.

Sugar skulls are awesome.

It's Piney's drawings, all is calm and round and... blood ? Okay. Forgot what I thought before.

hahaha i traced fencing stances to get the right pose, but I tried to give them a "i don't wanna fight you for real" expression, if that makes any sense. thank you!

and YES undertale is pretty awesome, it's a game:

Piney: Yes, more beautiful characters! Mine are...sadly neglected.

RTR: Sugar skulls are indeed awesome. The patterns are really neat! I can just imagine getting paint all over myself if I painted something like that, though.

Aaaaand Inktober days 12-17. Been trying to do these in pairs of a sort.

Spoiler: show

I've drawn blood before! I can't have one carrying knives around and have it be gore -free ::)

Ahaha yeah, but you've seen both of them before... I wanted to draw what they'd look like in a few years, and I imagine that guy just never cutting his hair. :P
Thanks! My only reason for drawing it was aesthetics, actually. (Also, it is blood, yeah. Don't worry though, it's probably not theirs.)
