Most of mine live in their sheaths in a designated knife drawer in the pantry. I have a knife block for the most often used carvers, kitchen knives for chopping ingredients and such and the sharpening steel in the kitchen, on the bench next to my stove where I do most food prep. One of my puukkos is in its sheath in my foraging basket, the other in the knife drawer. So I know where things are and blades are safe and out of the way.

Thanks for the link, JoB! The spartan is fine, but a bit unsafe. My preferred is the "throwing Knives" one. And the Deadpool one, of course!

(And someone with sculpting skills could very well make a wooden mother bear knife holder. Those that buy that set get the toothpick holder as a gift

)
(BTW my knives are just laying inside a drawer. Maybe I should consider a holder for next Christmas...)
