Same here (though as I said before, I probably won't be able to use my mike). We, uh, just haven't been as proactive as the Swedish group...

So, in an effort to try to get things going, would interested people like to PM me your skype usernames?* I think 1 pm EST (7 pm Nimphy time) on Saturdays has been suggested as a meeting time, which works for me.

*Full disclaimer: I have made ~1 actual calls on Skype.

Installing Skype now.
Can't help but feel a little responsible for this taking so long...   :-[  my weekends have been rather hectic, lately.
Feel free to PM.

Looking at my calendar, the next three Saturdays (including today) are already fully booked. I hope I'll be able to join you in a session after these busy weekends. (I'll pm you then, mith.)

I'd love to join in but my Saturday evenings are going to be booked for the foreseeable future. I doubt I'd be contributing much but I'll definitely join if I get a timetable change!

Jeg husket nettopp det, på grunn av sommertid i Amerika, vi amerikanere må møte en time seinere. Så, 2:00 pm EST, ikke sant?

Når skal sommertid begynne i Europeiske unionen?

For Norway (which, btw, is not in the EU) it's from 29th of March.
(... which is also the case for the EU).

Jeg skal ikke sannsynligvis snakke med dere i morgen. Jeg skal være ute for min onkels fødselsdag, og jeg vet ikke om skal jeg være tilbake før klokka to.

I've found this listening and reading site. I haven't checked out all the stuff on there yet but I'm currently trying to decipher East of the Sun and West of the Moon : )

So, after much debate, I have decided to learn Norwegian. And happily stumbled onto this thread. I would love to be able to speak over Skype, but I am really nervous about speaking. (I am prone to whispering an mumbling, and it's worse when I'm learning a new language) I want to finally be fluent in a second language.

neat, not sure if during the easter holidays there will be enough people for the next chat, but if, I think someone will gladly share skype-details via pm :D
