Oddly not.

I originally guest-posted as DaveBro, but was unable to turn that into a regular username.  D. Weg wasn't what I wanted, so I fell back on my quirk of sometimes turning email threads into bad horror movie titles:  Subject; Son of Subject; Return of Subject; Revenge of Subject; and Revenge of Return of Son of Subject.

Anyone trying the Babbel app for learning Norwegian? I went through the first lesson and considering if it's worth the purchase. I am in love with Duolingo and I'm really sad there's no Norwegian for it (yet)

I actually asked a Norwegian friend to pronounce the alphabet for me. Of course pronunciation depends largely on the dialect of a language, so keep in mind this is a small sample of what you could expect letters to sound in Norwegian:

I tried the Babbel app a while ago and did maybe 2 or 3 lessons but I don't find Babbel particularly useful for learning - the pictures were helpful to begin with but stopped me thinking things through properly because they made the quizzes easier to answer. I learned a phrase or two but I definitely wouldn't buy it. There are free alternatives like Memrise which has lessons covering practically everything and also helps you learn surprisingly fast. Hope that's helpful.

Du is the subject form, deg is the object form.
