Before I found this webcomic, I may have written one or two pieces of fanfiction in my life. As it stands, according to AO3, I have now penned 17 fanfics totalling 60,324 words... (and that's not counting the stuff I've written in the self-inserts board)

If that isn't symptomatic of an addiction of sorts, I really don't know what is.

The comic & forum are actually why I bought myself a wi-fi hotspot: so I can peruse as I desire on the long train down south (the train has its own slow & irregular wi-fi, but content filters intermittently block the forum if I use it).

So my parents are having a dinner party tonight (so I'm hiding in my room) only all of their friends are from interesting places: France, Australia, Philippines, South Africa/India, and NORWAY. There is also someone from Minnesota which has a lot of people of Scandinavian decent. Conversation has now turned to foods from their countries and also the horribleness of Scottish foods (thats where my mom's from). They kept talking about Norway and also about how apparently there is a lot of Finnish foods or Finland influenced foods in Minnesota, so now all I can think of is SSSS.
