This is a bit late, but still. Mikkel.

Subject
Team evaluation. Mission: Silent World Expedition 1, Y91
Description
The team travelling with Madsen in this mission consisted of four military personnel representing the Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish military forces. Furthermore included in the team at later stages of the mission was one human civilian (Icelander) and one wild-born cat.
The following contains anonymous evaluations of Madsen's skills and conduct during the mission, given by all human team members except for the team mechanic, who is deceased. Due to the small size of the surviving team, the civilian team member was also asked for an evaluation.
Team member A
Good: cleaning, carrying, catching, cats, calm
Bad: fighting, Finnish
Really bad: cooking
Team member B
Mikkel is a really nice person! He is helpful and very knowledgeable. And he let me help! Also he knows a lot about the Silent World and Trolls and many other interesting things! He taught me many important things during the mission, such as "don't lick you arm if it has been near a troll". He is able to provide food from meager provisions. His food doesn't necessarily taste very good but it kept us all going! Except for Tuuri of course, but that was not Mikkel's fault. It wasn't anyone's fault. Really it wasn't!
He's not very keen on magic, which was a bit disappointing for me. But all in all he is a great guy. And Kitty likes him too! That must count for something!
I would be glad to travel with Mikkel again, anywhere in the world.
Team member C
Madsen is a great pair of hands for all support functions (except cooking! Seriously, don't ever make him a cook again. Ever.). He is strong and usually level-headed and has a delightful sense of humor! Unfortunately he's useless with any sort of weapon. Don't give him weapons. Sometimes he's prone to mutiny so strong discipline and decisive leadership may be needed. Great looks too.
Team member D
As a fellow rational thinker, Mikkel was at times welcome company during the bizarre mission. At other times he was acting weird and made serious mistakes such as claiming that a mere bruise may result in face cancer. He's strong and clear headed for a Dane. Practical approach to things, unfortunately including how many beds are needed for six people and one cat.
Note from cat wrangler at base
The wildling cat the team procured during the mission was in good condition and clearly had been taken good care of. Presumably much of this task was undertaken by Madsen whose duties included feeding, cleaning etc. of the team. Appears Madsen is well capable of taking care of a cat.
